Hire fee of £75(annex)/£150(crown) is a non refundable.
Full payment must be made at time of booking.
We hold a minimum spend of £350(annex)/£1000(crown) which can be spent across food and drink.
We hold a zero tolerance to the use of drugs and underage drinking on our premises.
If having a buffet the food is yours to take home at the end of an event, we can supply takeaway containers for 50p each. Any food left at the end of the event will be thrown away. We cannot store any food for collection the following day.
We are not liable for any damages or theft of personal belongings.
Children must be supervised at all times.
You must arrive and vacate the premises at the agreed time, the venue withholds the right to interrupt the event and/or cut power supply if we deem fit.
You must ensure the premises are left respectfully for our neighbours and overnight guests.
No outsourced food or drink must be consumed during the event without prior consent. We do hold a corkage fee of £1.50 per person if you wish to bring your own catering. The venue must be cleaned by the client with all rubbish removed. Under no circumstances do we allow you to bring your own drinks of any kind.
We will store your card details until the day following your event where they will then be destroyed. You are liable for the following:
1. use of confetti
2. Excessive mess
3. Any breakages or damage of any kind
4. theft
